Incline Village and Lake Tahoe is our home.  Our primary business is to own and manage our small portfolio of commercial and retail properties in this resort community.  We are entrusted with an awesome responsibility to protect, preserve, and enhance these unique properties.  In response, we strive to ensure that our stakeholders (those owners, staff, customers, their employees and clients, vendors, and neighbors) feel confident that these assets are managed with the skill, care and professionalism worthy of our most valuable possessions.

In establishing and preserving a high standard of maintenance for these properties, we leverage our relationships with respected contractors and vendors throughout the region who share our attention to quality and reputation for integrity.  

Our ownership of multiple properties offering a range of property features and suite sizes, provides us a unique set of opportunities: for our corporate advertising and brand awareness; tenant referrals; and relocation of tenants.  We have a unique perspective on the local market because we work here every day, we walk the properties weekly, and we seek to anticipate the needs of our stakeholders: owners, staff, customers, their employees and clients, vendors, prospects, and neighbors.  Our highly qualified management team has decades of experience with our properties, and is located on-site, allowing us to maintain personal connections with our customers and vendors, faster response times, higher tenant satisfaction, lower vacancies, and therefore higher net income and increased property value.
